Detecting your face: First of all, we are detecting your face by a deep learning model, telling you if your face is positioned correctly.
Processing frames: We are using a very low-light algorithm that processes the camera’s frames with your face on them.
rPPG technology: With our algorithm, we get the rPPG vital signs by processing the video captured so we know the exact frame of your heartbeats and the time you have a heart rate peak.
Calculating vital signs: By verifying these peaks we know when your heart beats which gives us the heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, blood pressure and stress.
It takes a total of up to 60 seconds, about 30 seconds to record the video and send it to the algorithm and another 30 seconds for the algorithm to process and return the vitals.
The app can take only one person’s vital signs at a time.
Make sure your internet connection is of minimum 10 mbps and that your device is updated to the latest firmware.
Client data is not saved without user knowledge. The entirety of the processing takes place on the Veyetals application. It is up to the user to decide who receives their data and how they receive it.
